Innovative International College have designed the Certificate in Hotel Operations programme in compliance with the industry and to fit out students with strong communication, administrative skills, and leadership as well as fundamentals knowledge of hotel operations which includes food and beverage, housekeeping, front office, kitchen and the general operations in the hotel.

The Certificate in Hotel Operations is a rapid program that covers all the essentials for a profession in the hospitality industry. Practical hands-on, it recognises graduates to go straight into Diploma of Hotel Management Work Based Learning which eventually have the opportunity of full-time employment after the program. This certificate programme has been recognise in collaboration with the industry. A robust focus is on applied knowledge with a curriculum underlining on practical application. Students will also gain authentic work experiences during their internship.
