This programme focus on a strong foundation in Retail Management, Retail Operation, Retail Relationships.

Diploma in Retail Management programme designed to provide candidate with comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and applied aspects of retail management, with emphasis on the key perspectives that shape the retail marketplace, including environmental influences, retail relationships, and retail operation.

Entry requirements

  • A pass in SPM with at least Three (3) credit;

Or

  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or its equivalent, with a minimum of credit
    (GP 2.0) in any subject and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at the SPM level;

Or

  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM level;

Or

  • A pass in SKM Level 3 in a related field and a pass in SPM with a minimum of Three (3) credits in any subject with credits in Mathematics and a pass in English;

Or

  • A certificate or its equivalent in a related field.
