Young Lecturer Program 2.0 with Artificial Intelligence (AI) aims to build a new generation of lecturers for the tertiary education industry who is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle the current demands of higher education.

Innovative University College programmes are available across several intake dates throughout the year. We encourage students to apply a month before intake starts to ensure a smooth registration, on-boarding and orientation process before classes begins.

Objective Program

The goals of the program include:

Basic understanding of the MQA01, MQA02, COPPA and COPIA documentation
To build own lesson plan and course outline (Table 4)
Understanding the credit distribution
Understanding, building and analysis of Jadual Spesifikasi Ujian (JSU)
Understanding and building an academic calendar
Understanding and building timetables
To learn the latest technology in higher education
To learn to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to design, build, and evaluate student learning assessments
Producing good lecture notes
To be able to conduct lectures by Open and Distance Learning (ODL)
